The UK Minifootball Association is delighted to announce that Rory Garey is the new skipper of the Wales Minifootball team.

Rory, who hails from Chepstow, is an experienced member of the Wales squad.

The new Wales Coaching staff of Barry John and Colin Jones have now decided to make Rory squad captain.

UKMA National Teams Director Pete Mitchell was fulsome in his praise for the new captain and said he was a worthy choice: “Everyone has been impressed with Rory, his leadership skills were evident in Rethmynon and he has continued to fulfil a vital role in the squad. “His conduct both on and off the pitch is exemplary and we are sure he will be a great squad captain.”
